Returning an Equitainer
Please ensure BOTH freezer cans and the styrofoam isothermalizer are in the equitainer. Latch the equitainer and use the included PINK ziptie to fasten the latch closed. Do not return any un-used semen or centrifuge tubes.

Call FedEx or take the equitainer to a FedEx depot. Please do not use any other courier as this can result in additional charges to the mare owner. The equitainer is 10" X 10" x 18" and weighs 11lbs. The value should be $50 and it should be labeled as an empty shipping container being returned.

Shipments from the USA must include a commercial invoice. You can complete this COMMERCIAL INVOICE or the one provided by your courier. Canadian shipments do not need this.

If shipping paperwork is incorrect, this may result in additional charges or the container being returned. Please do not mark the commercial invoice as a sale, or with a value higher than $50. It should be marked as being an EMPTY container being returned for personal use to avoid additional charges. Any duties, taxes or brokerage fees will be billed back to the mare owner- these can be avoided by including proper paperwork.
